Dinasaw® saw chain sharpeners are the fastest, most accurate and affordable chain sharpeners in the world today. Sharpens both left and right hand cutters in one pass and up to 50 teeth per minute. Will handle all common chain styles, including 3/4" pitch harvester chains. Completely adjustable and very accurate to fit just about any specific grinding need. Mounts easily to a wall or purchase the optional stand separately. Comes complete with resin bonded wheels. We recommend purchasing the newly designed ABN wheels for popular sized chains. This fully automated version of the Handi-Rex can be programmed to run while the operator does other tasks. This sharpener uses a microprocessor to control 3 operating modes. Inductive tooth scanning aligns grind to tooth sequence, so the operator can sharpen different style cutter sequences. Variable feed speed from 5 to 45 teeth per minute. Cam operated clamping system holds cutters in place for great accuracy. Adjusts for almost all chain styles. Comes with wall mounting bracket (optional tripod stand available). Newly designed ABN wheels are great for these machines because they grind cooler, don’t load or clog in the presence of oil, maintain their shape and they don't break or produce dangerous grinding dust.
